Bruce Kaplan and Joseph Billitteri pooled their backgrounds and skills to form a dynamic partnership in 2001. Their managing broker quickly nicknamed them “The Power Team” because of their unique ability to get done brokerage assignments at which other brokers had tried and failed. That ability stems from their innovative approach to each marketing assignment they take on and their ability to adapt to ever-changing market conditions. The secret to their success is largely a function of making themselves accessible and accountable, responding to all property inquiries on a timely basis, and keeping their focus on your primary need at all times.  In June 2011, Linda Kost joined the Power Team bringing with her over 25 years of commercial real estate experience.  Her skill set ranges from leasing, investment sales, tenant representation, entltlement, development and work outs.  Linda's varied backround rounds out the Power Team and allows us to provide our customers a great blend of services and expertise.
